The Cliveden is a late nineteenth century Victorian cottage with both Italinate Villa and Gothic cottage elements.  The high pitched gable facing the street, the quatre-foil vergeboard decoration, the porch brackets and the dormer trim as well as the porch eaves contribute to its gothic character.
